The Sooboo.eu online store is run by the company SOOBOO INVESTMENT GROUP SP. Z O.O. , Aleje Jerozolimskie 6/27, 00-374 Warszaw, Poland, NIP: 5252877900, REGON: 520027491, KRS: 0000923012.
Complaints Department handles complaints, statements of withdrawal from the contract and statements of return of the product during the withdrawal period. Parcels should be sent back to us. Please submit any complaints, declarations of withdrawal from the contract or returns in writing to the above address or by e-mail to complaints@sooboo.eu. Telephone contact with the Complaints Department is possible at the number: +48 732 993 595.
Sooboo.eu Online Store – an online store run by SOOBOO INVESTMENT GROUP SP. Z O.O. with all functionalities, available under the Internet domain www.sooboo.eu
Cart – the functionality of the Sooboo.eu Online Store in which the products selected by the Customer for purchase are visible, as well as the determination and modification of order data, in particular: quantity of products, delivery address, invoice data, delivery method, payment method.
Product page – a page in the Sooboo.eu Online Store, where information about the product is presented.
Customer Service – available at the telephone numbers +48 732 993 595 and at the e-mail address info@sooboo.eu ( we prefer contact via email with a clear definition of the question so that we can answer correctly and as soon as possible).
§1 General provisions
a) a computer or other electronic device with access to the Internet and a web browser such as: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, Safari;
b) an active e-mail account (e-mail).
3. The customer is entitled and obliged to use the Sooboo.eu Online Store in accordance with its intended purpose.
§2 Rules for using the Sooboo.eu Online Store
1. Logging in to the Sooboo.eu Online Store does not request entering the e-mail address. You can buy as unregistered Customer. Accepting the regulations of the Sooboo.eu Online Store will be during the checkout before finish the order.
2. Any customer who has registered/ has not registered in the Sooboo.eu Online Store may use all available functionalities of the Sooboo.eu Online Store, including placing orders for products available in the Sooboo.eu Online Store assortment.
3. The Sooboo.eu Online Store is entitled to block the Customer’s account if his activity within the Sooboo.eu Online Store violates generally applicable laws, rights of third parties (including in particular rights on intangible property), personal rights of third parties, rules social coexistence or the provisions of these regulations. The Customer will be notified of the intention to block the Customer’s account to the e-mail address currently registered in the Sooboo.eu Online Store.
4. SOOBOO INVESTMENT GROUP SP. Z O.O. is entitled to remove from the Sooboo.eu Online Store materials containing unlawful content, violating the rights of third parties, personal rights, principles of social coexistence or the provisions of these regulations. The Customer will be notified of the intention to remove the Materials posted by the Customer to the e-mail address currently registered in the Sooboo.eu Online Store.
§3 Information about products
1. Information about products and assortment is available in the Sooboo.eu Online Store
2. Prices of products indicated on the website of the Sooboo.eu Online Store:
a) exclude or include VAT (depends on specific items) and are given in EUR and USD. The Customer has the option to display the price in other currencies.
b) do or do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs depend on the method of product delivery chosen by the Customer, as well as on the value and size of the order. Delivery costs are given when choosing the delivery address given by the Customer. The total cost of the order (i.e. the price of the products together with delivery costs and the costs of additional services, if such will be provided by Sooboo.eu and selected by the Customer) is indicated in the checkout.
§4 Terms of order fulfillment
a) select the product that is the subject of the order, and then click the “Add to cart” button (or equivalent), and if you want to buy several products, this action should be repeated for each of the selected products;
b) after completing the product selection process, go to the “Basket”, and then:
– enter the details of the recipient of the order and the address to which the product is to be delivered. It is also necessary to provide a telephone number and email address to contact the courier;
– if you want to deliver to another address, click on specific field and fill out requested data.
– additional information, e.g. company tax identification number to issue an invoice or selected colors/types of available products should be entered in the “Order Notes” window
– choose Payment method click the “PLACE ORDER” and and then you will be prompted for payment;
3. In the case of the payment, the order should be paid in one of the available payment methods:
– Direct Bank Transfer
– payment gateway (debit/credit cards, fast transfers, GooglePay, ApplePay….).
– another payment if available
4. The subject of the order may be delivered to the customer – depending on his choice and the size of the ordered products:
– to the address indicated by the Customer in the order – a Courier Company, if the Customer has chosen this form of delivery and the size and weight of the goods allow it;
– to the address indicated by the Customer in the order – a forwarding company, in a situation where the size and weight of the goods do not allow for shipment by a courier company.
5. If the Customer orders at least 2 products as part of one order, the order may be divided by the Sooboo.eu Online Store into at least 2 (two) parts (hereinafter referred to as “Packages”).
6. If the ordered product is not available in the Warehouse or it is not possible to fulfill the Customer’s order for other reasons, including if the purchase of the ordered product from Sooboo.eu suppliers will not be possible within the time provided for the execution of the order, the Sooboo.eu Online Store will inform the Customer about situation by sending a message to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
7. When placing an order and choosing a delivery carried out by a Courier or Forwarding Company, the Customer should provide the exact address to which the order is to be delivered. Providing an incorrect or inaccurate address by the Customer may cause a delay or prevent the delivery of the subject of the order.
8. In the absence of a given product in the Warehouse, it is possible to purchase it on the Customer’s special order after making the payment.
9. The online store is informative and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 § 1 of the Civil Code
§5 Payment methods and commencement of order fulfillment
Payment for the order shall be made before delivering the subject of the order (payment in advance) – by bank transfer, payment card or using GooglePay or ApplePay payment system, in one of the electronic payment systems accepted by the Company at a given moment.

§ 6 Issue and delivery of invoices
The company issues the invoices. If the buyer wants to receive an invoice, he is obliged to provide the invoice data along with the tax identification number in the order (please provide such information in the comments to the order). Invoices are sent electronically. Acceptance of these regulations means consent to receive invoices in electronic form by the buyer.
§ 7 Order fulfillment time
Shipments are sent on average within 7 working days and within a maximum of 14 working days. Until we receive the payment at our account, we do not ship the goods. The goods displayed and available in the online store are physically in our warehouse or our affiliated factories warehouses.
§ 8 Warranty claim conditions
1. The Sooboo.eu Online Store is responsible for delivering a defect-free product. If, after delivery, it turns out that the product sold has a physical defect, it will be repaired or replaced with another product free of defects. In order to make a complaint under the warranty, you must send the claimed goods back to us together with the complaint form and a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice).
2. In order to return the goods, please contact the Complaints Department. The complaint form is available on customer request, please contact us at: complaints@sooboo.eu. The cost of returning the goods is covered by the Sooboo.eu.
3. The Sooboo.eu Online Store responds within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the complaint.
4. The Sooboo.eu Online Store is not liable for damages resulting from the use of consumables. In the event of a complaint, it is liable for damages only up to the cost of the material sold.
5. Complaints are not subject to consumable materials such as batteries and cables that have been cut at the customer’s special request.
6. The consumer may use extrajudicial means of dealing with complaints and redress. In order to take advantage of the possibility of amicable settlement of disputes regarding online purchases, the Consumer may submit his complaint, e.g. via the EU ODR online platform, available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
The products available in the Sooboo.eu Online Store are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We recommend that you read the Warranty Card in order to determine the duration of the warranty period for individual devices. In order to make a complaint under the warranty, you must send the claimed goods back to us together with the complaint form and a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice).
§ 9 Terms of exchange of goods
1. The customer has the right to exchange the goods within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
2. In order to exchange the goods, please contact the Complaints Department. The Complaints Department determines the availability of the goods, price differences between the returned and purchased product, the method of return or additional payment, and the method of return and delivery of a new product.

3. The Sooboo.eu Online Store responds within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the goods exchange notification.
4. Consumables such as batteries and cables that have been cut at the customer’s special request are not subject to returns.
§ 11 Terms of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The goods cannot bear traces of use. The store returns the cost of the purchased goods. The store does not refund the cost of returning the goods to the store. A copy of the proof of purchase and a withdrawal form or a statement of withdrawal from the purchase should be included in the shipment together with the return. The right to return without giving a reason does not apply to the purchase of goods by a legal entity.
§ 12 Cost of returning the goods
The cost of returning the goods in the event of withdrawal or exchange depends on the size of the shipment, the type of goods sent and the place from which the goods will be returned back to us. To find out the shipping cost, please contact the Complaints Department.
§ 13 Personal data
The Sooboo.eu Online Store complies with the Code of Good Practice referred to in art. 2 point 5 of the Act of August 23, 2007 on counteracting unfair market practices.
