Solar Energy
Solar energy is energy derived from the sun. The solar energy is converted into other forms of energy such as heat and electricity. Solar energy is renewable, unlike nonrenewable energy resources such as fossil fuels. It is one of the most environmentally friendly sources of energy, as it does not generate air pollutants or global warming emissions.
Wind Energy
Wind energy is generated when air currents are converted into electrical or mechanical energy (or both). Wind turbines are the most common way to generate electricity from the wind, but it can also be converted into mechanical energy to power irrigation systems, pump water and more. Wind energy is a renewable energy source and is considered one of the most cost-effective sources of renewable electricity in some areas.
